Artos - Canvas Sable

Artos - Canvas Sable

A timeless expression of craftsmanship, designed for the discerning watch collector.

The Artos Canvas Sable brings together the understated elegance of natural-toned canvas, refined leather detailing, and a beautifully contrasting blue genuine suede interior. Inspired by the character of traditional luxury travel trunks, its distinctive silhouette is complemented by carefully stitched leather corners, polished silver-tone brass hardware, and a quilted suede-lined lid.

Designed to evolve with your collection, Artos features an innovative convertible watch tray that effortlessly transforms from a 10-watch configuration with two accessory pockets into a full 15-watch arrangement. Removable dividers and accessory pockets allow you to personalize the interior according to your collection, while the removable leather tray and matching protective cover offer an additional layer of versatility.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Personalized Items

Products that are customized, engraved, or made to order are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please carefully review your customization details before placing your order.

2. Strict Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Any return request beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the required documentation (see below).

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return, refund, or replacement request, a full, uninterrupted unboxing video is required. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the defect or damage being present upon opening. Without this video, your claim cannot be processed.

4. Refunds: Process & Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method through Shopify’s refund system once the return process is confirmed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

5. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.

In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees of the replacement item.

6. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Disliking the color, texture, or style after receiving the product
• Differences due to natural leather variations (wrinkles, minor scratches, or color tones)

7. Warranty Policy

Bosphorus Leather offers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Aging effects such as patina, scratches, or stretching of leather

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any defect claim before approving a replacement. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
