The downside of the upper tray does not touch the watches of the bottom tray. To prevent probable touch, we remain a gap between two trays! Also, the interior surface of the upper shutter does not touch the watches of the upper tray when the case is being closed. Due to the trays are removable, you can keep the trays in your safe as well!
Bosphorus Watch Trunk is an amazing product with its' a hundred percent full grain leather, licensed dyes, gold accessories that will serve to the luxury watch/jewelry sector. If you have purchased Bosphorus Leather Next Day Shipping product(s), we ship it/them the next day with Fedex/TNT Express Carrier. (Saturday Purchasements are being sent out on Mondays due to Sunday being an off day of delivery companies.
Once your order is shipped, you receive a customer tracking number to be able to track your consignment online.

All products in Bosphorus Leather Store are handcraft and some of them are also hand dyed products. Since there is no ready made product in the Bosphorus Leather Store, the making process of your order nearly takes 30 days to be ready for shipment. That 30 days may be shorter or a few days longer according to your ordered item, customizations, extras. Normally, the shipping period takes 2-5 business days to be at your address. (Delivery companies declare those figures.)
Once you complete the purchasement, we add your order with its number(ID) to the Production List which is being followed up both by masters and related staff. After the Quality Control Process, we ship your consignment with Fedex/TNT delivery companies and give your tracking number to be able to track your package online.

Just we need your unpackaging video record! We advise that when you receive the consignment, please take a video record as you open up the package of the consignment of the delivery company. That method facilitates the job of both of us!
If you were not able to take a video record, please send us photos of the item that shows default or defaults in reasonable day. Let's imagine that you are in hectic days and you were not able to send the photos of the product. Calm down, we can easily notice our faults when you provide the clear photos and compensate for them! If you are able to prove the Bosphorus Leather item has a default; rest assured, we will send out a new one to your address or refundimmediately.
The “Warranty Policy” of Bosphorus Leather is quite simple as its RefundPolicy. Bosphorus Leather Warranty shall cover all products and shall remain valid for a period of two(2) years as from the date on which the “Buyer” received the “Product”.
Throughout the period of warranty, Bosphorus Leather undertakes to replace at no extra cost all “Products” which the “Buyer” declares faulty, as well as to repair any operational malfunction detected and declared by the “Buyer”.
In all cases, Bosphorus Leather reserves the right to verify by any means or method, any default detected by the “Buyer”, without hindrance from the “Buyer” to the persons assigned by Bosphorus Leather to carry out such verification.
