We ship all orders from Turkey to customers around the world. As part of our international logistics process, we aim to make delivery as smooth and cost-efficient as possible for our clients.

To help minimize unexpected customs duties—especially in countries with strict import regulations such as those within the European Union—we generally declare a reduced invoice value on shipments. This is a widely accepted and commonly practiced approach among international brands to reduce customs-related delays and charges.

Region-Specific Notes:

United States:

U.S. Customs allows duty-free imports for orders under $800 USD. As long as the shipment value stays below this threshold, most U.S. deliveries proceed without issue.

Other Regions:

For countries outside the U.S., we automatically apply a reduced invoice value unless the customer specifically requests the original full-value invoice.

If you would like your shipment to include the original purchase value, please let us know at the time of placing your order—we are happy to accommodate.Kindly note: While we take care to support a smooth customs process, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

For items labeled "Ready to Ship," we ensure prompt delivery for your convenience. After undergoing a thorough quality check, these products are swiftly dispatched via DHL Express and FedEx Express, ensuring delivery within 2-5 business days. Please note that the availability of Ready to Ship items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All products at Bosphorus Leather are meticulously handcrafted, with many undergoing additional hand-dyeing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, production time may take approximately 2-5 weeks. Once production and quality checks are complete, we promptly dispatch your order and provide you with a tracking number via email for your convenience.

Please rest assured that each Bosphorus Leather product is meticulously packaged in its dust bag and original box, bearing our brand logo and name. To facilitate smooth delivery, we kindly request that you provide your phone number, email address, postcode, and complete address during the ordering process.
