If capturing a video isn't possible, simply send us photos of the item displaying the defect(s) within a reasonable timeframe. Even if you're unable to send photos immediately due to a busy schedule, fret not. Once you send clear images that highlight our error, we're more than willing to make it right. Upon verifying the defect in the Bosphorus Leather item, you can be assured that we will either dispatch a replacement to your address or process a refund promptly.

WARRANTY
Bosphorus Leather's Warranty Policy is designed to be as straightforward as our Refund Policy. Our warranty covers all products for a period of two (2) years from the date the Buyer receives the Product.
During the warranty period, Bosphorus Leather commits to replacing, at no additional cost, any Products deemed faulty by the Buyer, as well as repairing any operational malfunctions reported by the Buyer.
In every case, Bosphorus Leather retains the right to verify any reported defects through any means or methods deemed necessary, without any obstruction from the Buyer to the personnel designated by Bosphorus Leather for such verification.
