Warranty Policy
Bosphorus Leather's Warranty Policy is designed to be as straightforward as our Refund Policy. Our warranty covers all products for a period of two (2) years from the date the Buyer receives the Product.

During the warranty period, Bosphorus Leather commits to replacing, at no additional cost, any Products deemed faulty by the Buyer, as well as repairing any operational malfunctions reported by the Buyer.

In every case, Bosphorus Leather retains the right to verify any reported defects through any means or methods deemed necessary, without any obstruction from the Buyer to the personnel designated by Bosphorus Leather for such verification. This warranty does not extend to faults or damages caused by the Buyer's negligence or misuse. For more information on Product Care.
